Conscious Food's Red Rice Flakes (Red Poha) are essentially flattened red rice made into flakes. It is coarser and healthier than regular white poha. It is rich in fiber, vitamin B, and minerals like calcium, zinc, iron, manganese and magnesium. When cooked the Indian way (with masalas and peanuts), it makes for an excellent breakfast or evening snack. Add a pinch of lemon to give it that zesty taste.
