A general rule of thumb when using the teff flour is to substitute 1/4 of the flour mentioned in a recipe wih teff flour. teff flour add an earthy, nutty & midly sweet taste that goes well with most cuisines and recipes and recipes. Teff flour can be used, as directed above, in recipes for breads, cakes, cookies, pancakes & much more. It can also be added to batters for dishes like dosas, Idlis & rotis.
